Terms of use
Version dated 5 October 2026
Purpose
Way With You is a free travel and companion listing board for adults. It does not book trips, collect trip payments or form the agreement between participants and organisers. Agree conditions, costs, permissions, insurance and payments directly with the author.
Content and photos
Authors are responsible for accurate information and rights to their text and photos. Use your own photos or obtain the rights holder’s permission. Photos must show no people, including in the background. Documents, others’ personal data, spam, fraudulent and illegal content are prohibited. You grant the site a non-exclusive permission to store and display your materials in the listing until deletion. You retain copyright.
Review and complaints
Text is checked automatically; every listing with photos waits for manual approval. Review does not verify identity, photo rights or trip safety. Questionable listings may be held, rejected or removed. To report content, a rights violation or appeal a decision, email the operator below with the link, explanation and available evidence. A person reviews your request.
Responsibility
Within the limits allowed by law, the site does not guarantee an author’s promises or take responsibility for users’ agreements. This does not exclude the operator’s liability that cannot legally be excluded or limit mandatory user rights. Updated terms will be published with a new version date.
