Data
Google provides a verified email and account identifier for sign-in. The site does not receive your provider password. We store your account details, listing text, chosen public contact, photos, rule acceptance and moderation decisions. Cloudflare handles technical connection data to operate and protect the site.
Purposes and grounds
Account and listing processing provides the service you request. Review, abuse prevention and complaints handling serve the operator’s legitimate interests and applicable legal obligations. You choose the contact to publish. Do not include sensitive information or others’ private data.
Recipients
Published text, the chosen contact and approved photos are accessible on the internet. Pending materials are accessible to the author and moderator. Cloudflare hosts and stores data. Listing text, including the author’s name and chosen contact, is sent to OpenAI for review; photos are not sent to OpenAI. Google and Apple provide sign-in. These providers may process data outside Andorra and the EEA under their terms and applicable transfer mechanisms.
Retention and browser storage
Listings remain until deletion or 30 days after the trip ends. Unpublished and rejected materials are removed 30 days after submission. A deletion record remains for up to 30 further days. Accounts remain until a deletion request; sign-in sessions last up to 30 days. Sign-in state expires after 10 minutes and is removed by the next daily maintenance at the latest. Drafts stay in the current tab; language preference stays in the browser. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. The site cannot control visitors’ copies or providers’ own retention periods.
Rights
Email the operator to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, objection or human reconsideration of a review decision. Identity confirmation may be required to protect your account. You may complain to Andorra’s data protection authority, APDA: www.apda.ad.
